These terms cover tryseatbelt.com, which is operated by RBW Labs, LLC.

The waitlist

Joining the waitlist is free. There is no payment step, no card is collected, and no charge is made. When Seatbelt is ready, we email you an invitation. Invitations go out in groups, and we can't promise a date.

Prices and the free trial

The prices and the 7-day free trial shown on this site describe the plans we intend to offer at launch, and they can change before then. The terms of the trial and of any subscription will be shown to you before you start one, and nothing is charged until you agree to them.

Using the site

Use the site for its intended purpose. Don't try to break it, overload it, or submit someone else's email address without their permission.

Content

The text, the design, and the Seatbelt name and mark belong to RBW Labs, LLC. You may share links to the site freely.

No warranty

The site and its contents are provided as they are, without warranties of any kind. Seatbelt is a tool to help people avoid scams. It does not replace your judgment or your bank's protections, and no tool catches every scam.

Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, RBW Labs, LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of this site.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Washington, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules.
